If you're here,

this might be the sign you've been waiting for...

You've been pouring into your career, your relationships, your family, and everyone else's needs for so long that somewhere along the way, you stopped pouring into yourself.

The good news?

You don't have to keep doing it alone!

We're Here To Help YOU!

We are a practice of licensed professionals, who help Millennial and Gen Z women move beyond overwhelm, burnout, and self-doubt through individual therapu so they can build lives that feel balanced, aligned, and genuinely theirs.

Haven House's approach is hands-on, collaborative, and refreshingly real. We believe that we are the expert in therapy, but you're the expert on your life and together, we make an all-star team. Our goal is to give you practical tools and lasting confidence so that the growth you experience stays with you long after our sessions end.

THIS IS ME, AND I AM READY FOR CHANGE!

“You don’t need to overthrow your emotions to experience a revolution in your life. You just need to overthrow the lies you have believed about your emotions. The Creator designed your heart to be a garden, not a war zone. A truly powerful life isn’t won. It’s cultivated.”

If there's one thing I know, it's that today's women are carrying a lot. We're building careers, nurturing relationships, chasing big dreams, showing up for our families, and trying to squeeze in self-care somewhere between answering emails and folding laundry. From the outside, it can look like we have it all together. On the inside, we feel like one thing not going according to plan can unravel it all.

As a therapist, wife, new mama, and business owner, I understand what it's like to wear many hats and feel the pressure to excel in every role. While our stories may be different, I know how easy it is to put yourself last while trying to be everything for everyone else. That's why I created the kind of therapy I wish more women knew existed, one that's collaborative, practical, and refreshingly real.

My Background

My journey as a therapist has allowed me to serve individuals across a variety of settings, beginning in community mental health and later in private practice before opening Haven House Counseling Collective. Working in these environments gave me the opportunity to support people from diverse backgrounds. Those experiences reinforced something I believe deeply: every person's story is unique, and therapy should never be one-size-fits-all.

Today, I've intentionally built a practice centered around an approach that is personalized.

I don't believe therapy is about "fixing" you ,because you're not broken. It's about helping you reconnect with yourself, challenge the beliefs that keep you stuck, establish healthy boundaries, and create a life that feels more peaceful, intentional, and yours.

Credentials

Behind the relatable conversations rest assured there is a strong clinical foundation. I earned my Masters of Social Work from the University of Southern California and am licensed to practice in the state of North Carolina. I integrate evidence-based approaches including CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy, to provide therapy that's thoughtful, collaborative, and tailored to you.
